What's Included In Annual Inspections?
Regularly scheduled inspections, like what our Service Partner Program offers, are recommended by all major HVAC and plumbing manufacturers to prevent equipment from prematurely breaking down — but that’s not the only advantage to signing up for a maintenance plan!
OUR FURNACE / FALL HEATING INSPECTION INCLUDES:
OUR AIR CONDITIONING / SPRING COOLING INSPECTION INCLUDES:
OUR PLUMBING INSPECTION INCLUDES:
WATER HEATER FLUSH/INSPECTION
We power off the water heater and then attach a hose to the water heater’s drain spigot. The hose is then routed outside so as to prevent any water spilling onto the floors around your water heater and we drain the water.
Once the water heater is empty, it is filled again and drained again. The process is repeated until no sediment can be seen exiting the drain hose. At that point, the drain hose is disconnected. The valve is closed, and the water supply is restored. Once the tank is full of water, the power is turned back on, and the water heater is left to reheat the fresh water.
